Volt is immediately hiring for a Junior Electrical Wiring Technician in Bensalem, PA.

**Entry Level                       ** Job Advancement                **Great Company Culture

As a Junior Electrical Wiring Technician, you will:

  • Assist with wiring and assembly of industrial machinery control panels
  • Support layout, population, and wiring of electrical control enclosures
  • Read and follow basic electrical schematics, drawings, and work instructions
  • Assemble mechanical and pneumatic components as required
  • Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, taps, knockout punches, and tape measures
  • Perform basic continuity checks and visual inspections
  • Assist senior technicians and the mechanical assembly team
  • Support equipment installations (may include occasional travel)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

This is a full?time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial assembly (or related trade)
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring and control panels
  • Ability to read basic schematics and drawings
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Willingness to learn automation and industrial systems
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic computer skills (email, documentation)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to industrial automation or manufacturing environments
  • Prior experience assisting with control panel wiring
  • Vocational training, technical school, or apprenticeship experience
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm plus overtime. 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
