As a Junior Brand Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will be a key player in supporting the brand management team by analyzing brand performance and consumer behavior to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior analysts and marketing teams to develop insights that inform brand strategies and enhance overall brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to brand performance, market trends, and consumer behavior using various analytics tools and methodologies.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance, including sales data, market share, and competitive analysis. Highlight key insights and trends to support strategic planning.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Use findings to provide actionable recommendations for brand positioning and strategy.

Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.

Brand Tracking: Monitor brand health metrics, including brand awareness, perception, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance brand equity.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Support special projects and initiatives as needed, including ad hoc analysis and data requests from senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in brand analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role. Experience with brand performance metrics and market research is preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
