Our approach combines deep ESG domain knowledge with strong data and technology expertise to deliver solutions that work in real operational environments. About the role We are looking for a junior Business & Data Analyst to join our team and work on sustainability and ESG data projects, bridging business requirements and technical implementation. What you will do Analyze business requirements related to sustainability, ESG, and reporting Review and understand source data and underlying business processes Support data analysis, data quality checks, and validation Assist with data modeling, mapping, and transformation logic Contribute to data transformation and processing pipelines across Microsoft platforms Help translate business needs into structured, scalable data solutions Document assumptions, logic, and outcomes clearly Required background Technical or IT-related education (e.g. IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar) Understanding of database structures and how data flows through systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with structured data and processing Excel/CSV files Business-oriented mindset with interest in how technology supports real-world processes Strong communication skills Fluent in English and DutchNice to have  German- and/or French-speakingFamiliarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g. Dynamics 365, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric) Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprise data environments Understanding of data transformation or query languages (e.g. SQL, Power Query / M, Spark SQL) Interest in sustainability, ESG, or reporting domains Who this role is for This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a technical background who wants to work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and grow through hands-on project experience.  What we offer Direct mentorship and training from senior product and delivery leadership Hands-on experience with real ESG and sustainability data projects Exposure to modern Microsoft data and analytics platforms A role that grows from analysis support to independent ownership A clear path to develop into a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Sustainability Tech Consultant
