• W2 Contract, 24 Months

• This is a onsite opportunity at Mays Landing, NJ

• Work Schedule: Full time role (Monday- Friday 07:00 AM-03:30 PM)


Overview

Our client is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the administration and logistical execution of regional training programs. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of educational initiatives, including scheduling classes, managing resources, and tracking program data to ensure operational efficiency. The contractor would be supporting approximately 10-12 employees (Atlantic City Electric office) and up to 60 employees (across PHI) in the Training Department.


Responsibilities

Across PHI

• Schedule CPR classes and coordinate with instructors to ensure consistent training availability.

• Manage the procurement and ordering of necessary training materials and supplies.

• Analyze participation rates and track program metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

ACE Region

• Update ACE regional training materials to ensure content remains current and compliant with internal standards.

• Tracking ACE program record completion, including evaluations and content completions.

• Manage the organization and preparation for apprenticeship graduations and other planned corporate events and activities


Required Skills & Experience

• Associate’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or data tracking role.

• Proficient computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience creating spreadsheets and tracking complex data sets.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and data accuracy.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Professional attitude and demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience creating dashboards for displaying reports and visualizing data.

• Experience in a corporate training or educational environment.
