Junior Business Intelligence Engineer

Overview

• We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience working with data models, pipelines, and reporting tools in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models in a warehouse environment
• Develop and support dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI)
• Write and maintain data transformations using SQL and dbt
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues across pipelines and reporting layers
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to data quality improvements and ongoing platform enhancements

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and data pipelines
• Ability to work through problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in working within a manufacturing or operations-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or other programming languages
• Exposure to tools such as dbt, Snowflake, or similar
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
