Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $50k - $75k (depending on experience)
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see on-site requirements below).

**On-site Requirements: Hybrid & St. Inigoes, MD 3 days per week.  Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
 

Essential Functions: Provides support to the Senior Contracting Analyst in the execution, management, and operation of Spalding contracts. Support efforts include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze Prime burn rates to determine estimated fund depletion dates, ceiling requirements, and identify/report any risk factors.
  • Analyze Contract Level of Effort.
  • Review contractor invoices and reconcile.
  • Maintain Documentation in SharePoint.
  • Prepare Monthly reports for COR.
  • Create new and update existing WAFs.
  • Maintain NDA File.
  • Trip Reports.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required:

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
  • HS diploma or GED required.

Desired:

  • Experience working in the DoD environment.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education:
HS diploma or GED required.
