Junior Data Entry Specialist Accounting (Part-Time, Ocala, FL)

We are looking for a Junior Data Entry for our client, a . In this role, you will work on assigned data entry, data reporting, and time adjustment tasks associated with Payroll in the Apriso and My Timecard systems to ensure accurate daily timekeeping is achieved.

This is a 5-month contract (extensions likely), 25-30-hour-per-week (4 days Monday to Thursday per week), on-site role in Ocala, FL.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

• Work on assigned data entry, data reporting, and time adjustment tasks associated with Payroll in the Apriso and My Timecard systems to ensure accurate daily timekeeping is achieved.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suites, primarily EXCEL.
• Must hold or be pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
