Job Description:

Are you passionate about numbers and financial analysis? A leading organization, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Management team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Identify trends and variances to support financial decision-making.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Help develop and maintain detailed budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure accuracy.

  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and maintain financial data in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure data integrity and consistency.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management review. Summarize findings and present actionable insights.

  • Financial Modeling: Support the creation of financial models to assess business scenarios and assist in strategic planning.

  • Compliance and Controls: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior financial analysts, accounting teams, and other departments to support various financial initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. Internships or academic projects will be considered.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Pursuing or completed relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level 1, CPA) is a plus but not required.
