Junior Full-Stack .Net Developer

This is a full-time position based in our office location in Hingham, MA.

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time software/systems developer to enhance our custom website and a range of in-house web and desktop applications. We prioritize quality and attention to detail, over quantity and time-to-market. Applicants should have a strong desire to learn from the rest of the team and independently.

• You are eager to learn about all aspects of software development from back-ends to UI, testing and more.
• You have good organization skills and are not overwhelmed by large projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Exposure to object oriented software development.
• Understanding of basic software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their design and usage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with coworkers to resolve issues and implement new features.
• Fix bugs as they arise and release updated software.
• Writing test code to verify new software changes.
• Research optimal solutions to new problems.

Core Technologies and Tools:

• Visual Studio
• C#/.NET
• ASP.NET with Razor Pages and MVC.
• NUnit for testing.
• Subversion (SVN)
• Microsoft SQL Server
