We work in an international environment with colleagues from over 28 nationalities, supporting clients and employees across different European countries.The role is part of our HRO (HR Outsourcing) unit, a specialized team within EuroDev that supports international clients with their HR activities across Europe.As a Junior HR Consultant, you will support across different portfolios, countries, and HR topics, gaining broad experience and growing step by step in the role. WHAT YOU DO: As a Junior HR Consultant, you will support our HR team in delivering HR services to international clients and employees across Europe. You will work closely with senior HR Consultants and gradually take on more responsibility.Support in daily HR operations.Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.Help prepare HR documentation and employment agreements.Work with HR systems and tools (partly AI-supported).Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.Be involved across HR portfolios to gain broad experience. THIS IS YOU:Around 1 year of experience in HR or strong affinity with HR.English is mandatory; second European language is a plus.Positive and hands-on mindset.System‑savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.Strong in operational and administrative tasks, very accurate.Able to work independently and in a structured way, like’s to improve processes.
