Junior Infrastructure Engineer Tech Support Apply
Position Overview
This role provides high-level technical and infrastructure support for both executive leadership and general end users in a rapidly growing organization. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and project implementation related to modern workplace technologies and AV systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional white-glove technical support to executives and staff, providing 2nd and 3rd level assistance for both Windows and Mac environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across end-user devices and enterprise applications.
- Support and maintain over 100 conference rooms, including Cisco Webex, Crestron, and other AV systems.
- Assist with rollouts and deployments of new hardware, software, and collaboration technologies.
- Lead or participate in infrastructure and security projects, such as modern video conferencing solutions, flexible workspace tools, and system upgrades.
- Administer and support platforms including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Box, Okta, ServiceNow, and Intune.
- Provide phone and conferencing support through Microsoft Teams, Cisco, and Crestron systems.
- Help manage MDM platforms, software licensing, and deployment processes.
- Use or develop PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks (training available if needed).
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in O365, Azure AD, and Windows 10; advanced Mac OS experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AV technologies such as Cisco Webex and Crestron.
- Knowledge of MDM, Intune, and identity platforms like Okta.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- PowerShell scripting experience (or willingness to learn).
