Junior IT Analyst Apply
Overview IT Governance Analyst role with responsibilities spanning reports, reconciliations, technical support, vendor collaboration, training, and project management. Responsibilities Generate, manage, distribute reports to appropriate parties Conduct reconciliations Utilize Google and/or Microsoft search engines to produce solutions quickly and effectively Applications administrator Act as a jack of all trades in basic computer and tech. support (software and hardware) Collaborate with outside vendors on select technical support and database management Aid in training staff, onboarding Manage recurring and ad-hoc IT projects Qualifications / Experience – Required Minimum of six months of contiguous referenceable employment Ability to prioritize and focus on the task at hand Is proactive, eager to learn, naturally curious, has a high attention to detail Has advanced knowledge of Word and Excel Is organized Communicates effectively, both verbally and in written form Interest in computer programming Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams and adhere to strict deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly Qualifications / Experience – Preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word Novice-to-intermediate coding experience, VBA, SQL, or other languages Basic/intermediate knowledge of Python programming Knowledge of database theory, management, structure, reporting Capable of using Power BI or Power Automate Experience with PowerShell Familiar with GitHub, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Stack Overflow (or equivalents) to find solutions to tasks and to automate overall workflows Interest in web data scraping using tools such as Beautiful Soup Salary Salary range: $50,000-$105,000 depending on experience.
