We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Junior Network Associate to work in Indianapolis, Indiana
In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting and maintaining the WAN/LAN connections to ATI commercial endpoint devices. You will collaborate closely with project and account managers to ensure all client network requirements are met and provide third-level support to resolve network issues. This position also involves participating in the implementation of new network solutions and supporting change management processes in a commercial network environment.
Key responsibilities include addressing issues with switches, routers, and firewalls as part of daily operations, ensuring network equipment is accessible and running the appropriate software configurations, and participating in development, testing, and QA processes to ensure project success. The role requires flexibility to support maintenance activities during scheduled maintenance windows and readiness for on-call rotation as needed.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.) and routing fundamentals.
Strong customer communication skills.
Hands-on experience with network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls.

Qualifications:
CompTIA Network+ certification or at least two years of hands-on experience in networking.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certification is preferred.
A self-motivated individual with a quick learning ability will have the opportunity to secure a permanent role on the team.
