The Junior Operations Analyst will support the operations team by analyzing and improving business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and assisting in the implementation of operational solutions. The role involves collecting and interpreting data to ensure smooth daily operations and drive process optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address operational challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Assist in documenting business processes and maintaining operational procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss operational performance and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
