You will:Draw up documents according to specific guidelines, based on the provided technical information.Participate in technical meetings and gather the necessary information.Facilitate and close out route cause investigationsPerforming a root cause investigation and timely inform the stakeholders.Document the investigation.Report out on metrics.Contribute to the customer satisfactionFollow the (customer) procedures very strictly.Be informed on new trends within the field of expertise and keep your knowledge up to date according to the new developments in order to increase credibility by offering a service which is continuously based on actualized knowledge.Your competencesKnowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes & products and/or equipment & facility engineering (if applicable) especially for the involved technology platform.Knowledge of Quality & Compliance / regulatory requirements (GMP/EH&S) especially for the involved technology platform.Knowledge of manufacturing site systems and procedures.Certain knowledge level off secondary and tertiary packaging materials applicable.Knowledge of cGxPAdhere to applicable EH&S and procedures (role model)Correct use of the available personal and collective protection materialsReporting of (near) accidents, incidents, deviationsCooperate on and suggest solutions to improve EH&SActively promote EH&S, support campaigns/programs such as “Safe behavior’Act when violation of EH&S rules is observed and stimulate appropriate behaviorHold a Master's degree in engineering - or will graduate in JanuaryAre fluent in Dutch and EnglishHave critical thinking and problem solving skillsHave a hands-on and pro-active attitude.Are eager to learnOur offer• A permanent contract of unlimited period• Company car with fuel card• Being part of Akkodis and benefit of important career development• Access our Academy and benefit of training and study opportunities• Combination of working at customer location and working from home• Networking/ Meeting opportunities / Teambuilding activities
