Job Summary:
As a Junior Portfolio Manager at Augmentjobs, you will assist in managing investment portfolios by analyzing market trends, assessing financial performance, and making recommendations to optimize portfolio returns. Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Assist in managing investment portfolios by conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and implementing investment strategies under the guidance of senior portfolio managers.

Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze deviations from benchmarks to ensure alignment with investment goals.

Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on potential investment opportunities, including equity, fixed income, and alternative assets. Analyze financial statements, economic data, and market trends.

Client Interaction: Support client meetings and presentations by providing insights and updates on portfolio performance and investment strategies.

Risk Management: Assist in identifying and assessing risks associated with portfolio investments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to portfolio management and investment practices.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, perform administrative tasks related to portfolio management, and assist in the preparation of investment documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA designation or progress toward CFA certification is a plus.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial services, or portfolio management. Experience with portfolio management software and tools is beneficial.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
