Our teams in Germany, Ghana, Angola and Uganda work closely with international partners and government institutions to implement essential infrastructure for sustainable development.To strengthen our Wiesbaden headquarters, we are looking for a proactive, structured and reliable Junior Procurement Analyst (m/f/d)If you enjoy collaborating with different teams, supporting administrative processes, and developing your skills in procurement and supply chain, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic international environment.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of the supply chain process related to deliveries, following the principles of the six R’s rule.Act as a contact point for suppliers and logistics service providers, while also supporting internal stakeholders — including international construction sites — on supply chain and delivery-related issues.You will obtain quotations, compare them and then negotiate prices.You will independently place supplier orders via SAP and coordinate and monitor these deliveries. You will also be responsible for goods receipt and export in cooperation with the logistics service provider. Furthermore, you will be responsible for invoice control and handling any complaints.Our tasks will also include supporting the integration of new items into the product range as well as price and item maintenance.Your ProfileYou have successfully completed commercial training or a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management (SCM) or have a similar qualification.You are interested in purchasing.
