JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the Role


This role is a blend of Recruitment and HR Operations (Expected to be 80% Recruitment and 20% HR operations).
Working in partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, , and the broader HR/People, IT and Finance teams to facilitate the administration and operative elements of the Recruitment and HR functions to support Yotis growth plans.

This is an on-site opportunity and you will be required to work from our Whitefield office.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment on assigned roles, from liaising with hiring managers on role requirements, advertising on key platforms, screening candidates, managing the pipeline, providing feedback, managing the offer process, and providing regular follow ups with shortlisted candidates until they get onboarded.
Manage the end-to-end resourcing effort to meet the objective of hiring directly where possible.
and permanent hires/Contract hires (Any type of hiring).

  • Supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and independently managing the Indian hiring process.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications against role requirements, and performing telephone screening interviews
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of accessible talent using a range of channels that provide a diverse and high-quality flow of candidates into Yoti.
  • In conjunction with the UK People team, understand future resource requirements to meet business growth plans in line with strategy and align with acquisition plans (right people, right skills and behaviours, at the right time).
  • Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate expectations.
  • Assist hiring managers in defining the role/person specification and provide any market insights.
  • Ensure that all roles are listed on Yotis applicant tracking system, Workable, and all candidate records are kept up to date.
  • Utilising recruitment tools such as Workable, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screenloop and HackerRank and external agencies to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of recruitment requirements.
  • Roll out offer to shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate with the HR Operations function to support the onboarding of new employees, including sharing all relevant personal and role information, documents and referral details (where applicable).
  • Follow up regularly with the candidate until they join the organisation to ensure they remain engaged and motivated to join Yoti, reducing the risk of last minute withdrawals.

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Providing holiday cover for HR operations and administration responsibilities as required.

  • Supporting the team with with any ad hocHR operations and administration requests.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a HR Generalist or Recruitment role in a fast-paced and dynamic HR team.
  • Previous experience of working with a software/SaaS company will be beneficial.

  • Experience with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience using external job boards is beneficial.
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
    Approachable and empathetic - a good listener who can quickly become a trusted advisor and confidant to employees from all areas of the business.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A discreet and confidential approach with confidence dealing with sensitive information.
  • Good oral and writing communication skills in English, as well as email and telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
