Junior Software Developer

Software Developer (Contract – 6 to 8 Months) Our client is seeking a developer to support ongoing UDG and ServiceNow-related initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong software developer with a solid coding background rather than a traditional ServiceNow-only developer. The team has found the most success training strong developers on ServiceNow, rather than hiring ServiceNow specialists without deep programming expertise. The developer will work closely with technical leads and project stakeholders, contributing to both front-end and back-end development efforts while learning and expanding their ServiceNow platform knowledge. Required Qualifications Object-oriented programming experience Ability to code in a modern programming language JavaScript experience Coding background Preferred Qualifications Node.js experience React experience Vue, React, or Angular experience Front-end experience Back-end experience ServiceNow experience is not required What Makes a Strong Candidate Has a real coding background Has JavaScript experience Ideally has Node.js or React experience May have front-end experience with Vue, React, or Angular Can be trained on ServiceNow Experience Level No hard "years of experience" number was locked in. The client wants to see what the market looks like first and evaluate profiles case by case. Flexibility exists as long as the technical foundation is strong.
