Junior Software Developer – Web Applications Company Overview Our client is a profitable, nationally distributed U.S. consumer brand with steady growth since 2011. They operate with a high-performance culture — clear roles, constant feedback, and high expectations — and are expanding their digital systems to support business growth. Your Role You’ll be the go-to builder for systems that tie together customer workflows, ERP integrations, and CRM operations. Success means creating reliable, documented solutions that scale smoothly and keep the business running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll: Build and maintain websites and web apps (front-end + back-end). Integrate APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows. Develop automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. Configure and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or equivalents). Troubleshoot issues and document solutions for reuse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements. You Bring: Strong experience in front-end or full-stack web development. Experience integrating APIs and handling webhooks. Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n). High attention to detail with testing and documentation. Self-starter mindset, able to own tickets end-to-end. Excellent written and spoken English. Bonus Points: Startup or remote-first experience. Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or dashboard tools. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms (AWS, etc.). Understanding of UI/UX for clean, user-friendly interfaces. What’s Offered: Competitive USD compensation (based on experience). Fully remote role with flexible hours and U.S. timezone overlap. Direct impact building scalable systems that power growth. High-performance, low-ego team focused on continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
