Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Development Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to contribute to software development projects and grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Software Development: Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, test, and debug software applications. Participate in the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze Requirements: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document software requirements. Assist in translating these requirements into technical specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Test and validate software to ensure it meets quality standards and performs as expected. Identify and report bugs, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for software applications, including user guides, technical manuals, and process flows.
  • Support: Provide support for software applications, including addressing user queries and issues. Assist in maintaining and updating existing software systems.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience or internships in software development or IT-related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
