- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience or internships in software development or IT-related roles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
