Insight Global is seeking a Software Developer to support a critical defense program for a leading aerospace and government services client. This role will contribute to the development of mission‑critical applications supporting the F‑22 aircraft sustainment systems. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career developer to grow within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment focused on Linux‑based application development using C/C++. Day to Day Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and modify enterprise‑level software applications Participate in requirements gathering, code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts Develop and maintain applications in a Linux environment (RHEL) Assist in troubleshooting software issues and resolving performance bugs Write, compile, and optimize code using C/C++ and GCC Support documentation and continuous improvements for mission‑critical systems Compensation: 30-36/HR. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
