As a Junior Technology Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the technology needs of the organization. You will work closely with senior analysts and the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, provide technical support, and assist in the implementation of new technologies. • Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

• Security Compliance: Adhere to company security policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
