About the Role
We are seeking a Junior UI Full Stack Developer to join our team supporting the CT Consumer Privacy System. In this role, you will help build and enhance scalable web applications designed to manage consumer privacy requests, ensuring both functional and non‑functional requirements are met.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions aligned with product backlogs, while contributing to modern, user‑focused web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for privacy request processing
Build and enhance both UI components and server‑side logic
Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into clean, responsive, and accessible code
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
Document technical specifications, APIs, and database designs
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers in an Agile environment
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application performance
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment strategies
Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and adherence to development best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in software engineering or full stack development
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, branching, merging, code reviews)
Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP acceptable)
AWS services such as Lambda, CloudFormation, S3, Route53
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of security principles and compliance requirements
Familiarity with privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR
Experience in the automotive domain

This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $46.00/hr.
