Job Requisition About the RoleAs a Key Account Executive Manager, you will take ownership of major enterprise accounts—driving revenue growth, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical and digital solutions. You will act as the key bridge between Thai operational teams, local area teams, and executive leadership to ensure projects align with strategic business goals. What You’ll Do Identify and acquire high‑value clients in manufacturing and power plant sectors. Lead end‑to‑end sales activities with the BD team—from lead transition to closing. Develop industry development plans and strategic account plans. Oversee full contract lifecycle to ensure quality, compliance, and cash collection. Build and manage strong partner ecosystems (e.g., REPCO). Maintain long-term client relationships and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Use data analytics to tailor technical solutions that solve real industry problems. Provide executive-level reporting on project performance and market insights. Who We’re Looking For 10+ years in digital transformation, commercial leadership, or program management in energy, manufacturing, or power plants Deep industry knowledge of power plant operations, manufacturing systems, and digital solutions Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills MBA/Engineering/MDP preferred Certifications such as Six Sigma Blackbelt, PSM, or Project Management Ability to work effectively across cultures and coordinate Thai/regional teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve 100–120% annual revenue targets Drive 15–25% YoY account growth Deliver ≥ 95% on‑time, on‑budget project execution Maintain ≥ 90–95% customer retention & renewal rate Ensure ≥ 98% cash collection and 100% compliance Sustain high partner engagement and solution integration rates Why Join Us?
