We are seeking a motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's business and a proactive approach to delivering value and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client, focusing on long-term growth and satisfaction.

  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, aligning our solutions with client objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:
