Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Omaha, Nebraska - LOCAL ONLY
Salary: $80-90K plus bonus
Job Summary:
As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic account plans. Building and strengthening relationships with customer stakeholders is essential. You will implement strategic initiatives, resolve issues, and support business development. Additionally, you will collaborate with top management across the Americas and Europe, networking with senior personnel at assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Advocate for customer needs while aligning with company interests
- Facilitate transparent communication to support joint projects and initiatives
- Monitor and report on customer business changes, such as sales trends and organizational updates
- Conduct annual business reviews to assess progress and set future goals
- Analyze product sales to identify upselling, cross-selling, and new product opportunities
- Manage special pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability
- Travel occasionally (around once per quarter) for business needs
- Utilize consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Address underperforming products and develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with product development to tailor offerings to account needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at customer accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with internal stakeholders
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and profitability

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to travel up to 15%
