Location: NetherlandsPosition OverviewAs the core solution owner for SA-level key account projects in the Europe region, this role will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle management of strategic customers and lead the design and implementation of integrated technical and commercial solutions for major projects.This is a cross-functional role that combines front-end sales support, technical solution design, commercial support, project execution, and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate should have strong industry scenario understanding, solid cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This position is a key execution role in driving solution design and project delivery for major key account projects in Europe.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Account Project SupportParticipate deeply in the annual business planning of SA-level key accounts in EuropeSupport the sales team in achieving initial breakthroughs and group-level framework cooperationWork closely with business teams to coordinate internal resources and develop solutions based on customer requirements2. End-to-End Solution Design for Major ProjectsParticipate in the overall solution design for key account projects, covering product, commercial terms, financing, delivery, operations, and aftermarket supportPrepare technical proposals, commercial calculation models, and cost and gross margin analysesOrganize cross-functional resources to support joint bidding activitiesManage bidding risks and delivery feasibility3. Industry-Specific Solution DevelopmentDevelop industry-specific solutions for the European market, including infrastructure, energy, mining, and portsBuild standardized solution templates and pricing modelsOptimize technical solutions in line with local regulations, including CE certification and environmental standards4. Cross-Border Project CoordinationCoordinate resources between China headquarters and the Europe regionFollow up on projects throughout the full process from pre-sales to deliveryParticipate in major project commercial negotiations and technical clarification meetings5. Customer Engagement & Value DeliveryParticipate in senior-level customer technical exchanges and solution presentationsBuild long-term trust through technical cooperationStrengthen customer recognition of SANY’s integrated system solutionsQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, or related disciplinesExperience1–3 years of experience in the construction machinery or heavy equipment industryHands-on experience in major key account projects in Europe is preferredExperience leading full-cycle bidding or tender projects is preferredProfessional CompetenciesFamiliar with European tendering rules and compliance requirementsAble to independently conduct cost calculations and profitability analysisStrong solution integration capability, including equipment, financing, and service offeringsFamiliarity with CE standards and European environmental regulations is a plusLanguages & Other SkillsFluent in English and Chinese (required)Additional European language skills are preferredStrong learning agility and growth mindset
