Under the supervision of the Principal, the successful candidate works to plan, prepare, and deliver instruction to students as a whole group while differentiating for the needs of the individual. Responsibilities Facilitate active learning while using relevant pedagogical practices and instructional technology to support and differentiate instruction, particularly for students with special education needs and/or English Language Learners (ELLs). Observe and evaluate student performance outcomes; monitor the progress of students’ academic growth and development for the purposes of improving professional practice. Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, assignments, and projects; provide appropriate and timely feedback.
