Position Summary:
Head Start is a center-based program providing developmentally appropriate curricula, health and nutrition services, meals, special education opportunities, and family services for preschool aged children and their families. We are seeking full time Kitchen Aide responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of the center, as well as daily delivery of breakfast and lunch. This position will be at our Head Start Center in Webster, MA and is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or HiSet equivalent.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift full milk carts/lunch containers and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
- Bend, twist and use other motions in relation to mopping floors, vacuuming, and general cleaning.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Acceptable motor vehicle history report to drive Agency van. Requires travel between sites based on coverage needs.
- Ability to successfully complete a CORI/SORI/DCF Fingerprinting review.
- Mandatory annual physical, Mantoux test, required.
