Job Description:

Chipotle is looking for a Kitchen Leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, team management, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. The Kitchen Leader will train and mentor team members, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for providing an excellent guest experience. Primary duties include:

• Leading kitchen team members to ensure fast and efficient food prep.
• Ensuring food meets Chipotle's quality standards.
• Training and mentoring new kitchen team members.
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and meets food safety standards.
• Closing the kitchen at the end of the day.
• Managing kitchen flow during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous restaurant experience, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Passion for food and customer service.
