Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.

- Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+years of audit experience, with experience in employee benefit plans preferred.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
