Summary:
We are seeking a Korean bilingual Factory Raw Material Supervisor in Cartersville, GA, to lead and optimize raw material warehouse operations. The role involves developing strategic plans, enforcing safety standards, managing inventory systems, and mentoring warehouse staff. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse MHE and a bachelor's degree are preferred but not required. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance raw material warehouse efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
- Oversee all raw material warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring smooth and effective workflows.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Lead, manage, and mentor warehouse personnel, conducting training sessions and performance evaluations to promote professional development.
- Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain accurate tracking of raw material stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics, analyze data for improvement opportunities, and execute corrective measures when necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology to apply best practices and innovations.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits to verify stock accuracy and maintain proper records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or a similar field.
- Experience with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Korean bilingual proficiency required.
Work Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
