What You'll Do:

• Mastermind the logistics lifecycle for both air and ocean shipments, ensuring seamless execution.
• Craft, oversee, and streamline shipping documentation, bookings, schedules, and customs clearance.
• Be the go-to problem solver for customer inquiries, fostering strong relationships with international partners.
• Lead monthly financial settlements with precision, including billing and profit/loss reporting.
• Enhance our logistics performance by maintaining and elevating KPIs.

What We Need From You:

• A passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
• A blend of independence and teamwork, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Korean bilingual
• 1 or more years of experience in international logistics operations
