About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trucking Planning Manager to oversee trucking operations, optimize equipment utilization, and drive efficiency across logistics processes. This role requires strong planning, analytical, and leadership skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and bring proven experience in transportation or logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and review customer information to support planning and operational needs.
  • Monitor and manage daily trucking equipment utilization.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Collaborate with department managers and employees to improve operational performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with operations teams to analyze and enhance business processes.
  • Assess cost trends, evaluate business impact, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize logistics operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or planning.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
