About the Role

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Operations Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling key warehouse operations, including order processing, inventory management, and coordinating daily tasks with warehouse staff. This position is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, especially in the fast-paced world of e-commerce fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Work Assignments: Receive and execute daily work instructions from the supervisor.
• System Updates & Order Processing: Update systems with received freight, process orders, and manage shipments.
• Order Accuracy & Reporting: Verify shipments for accuracy and generate daily shipment reports.
• Task Management & Delegation: Efficiently manage daily orders and delegate tasks to temporary warehouse employees.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with co-workers and temporary staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate customer account management.
• Order Reporting: Report orders shipped to customers daily, maintaining clear communication and records.
• Housekeeping Duties: Ensure all daily housekeeping tasks are completed to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• E-commerce Fulfillment: Manage e-commerce fulfillment for platforms such as Amazon and iHerb, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order processing.
• Inbound & Outbound Processing: Handle inbound and outbound logistics for K-Beauty cosmetics distribution through B2C and B2B channels, including Sephora, ULTA, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Target, and Walmart.
• Vendor Operations Management: Oversee major vendor purchase orders, including managing operations for 21 vendors through Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Sephora, and other channels.

Qualifications:

• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Respectful, self-motivated, and capable of effective communication.
• Ability to use computers for inventory tracking, storage records, and label creation (Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook required).
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English
