Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced in warehouse management systems, overseeing packaging, receiving, and shipping activities, and driving continuous improvements in warehouse processes. This role involves collaborating with customer service teams, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, including packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage operations.
• Organize and lead training sessions for warehouse staff to enhance performance and safety.
• Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain operational efficiency.
• Set shift schedules and daily assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Operate and handle forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures for better productivity.
• Complete packaging, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed to support operations.
• Track inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Order supplies and equipment to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with customer service teams and other departments to address and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues to management and provide recommendations for solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar warehouse or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
