Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Kubernetes Engineer to join our IT operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of containerized applications. The role involves working closely with development, operations, and security teams to create and maintain an efficient Kubernetes environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Kubernetes Cluster Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across various environments (on-premises, cloud).
- Monitor and optimize cluster performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes best practices for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.

Automation & CI/CD:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes.

Security & Compliance:
- Implement security best practices in Kubernetes environments, including RBAC, network policies, and secure image management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for Kubernetes clusters using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and availability issues within Kubernetes clusters.

Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize the deployment of applications within Kubernetes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to development and operations teams on Kubernetes-related topics.

Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on Kubernetes environments, procedures, and best practices.
