Job Overview:
We seek experienced L3/L4 Systems Administrators who are subject matter experts to join our team under the InfoScale Managed Service program. These individuals will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of various elements comprising the InfoScale. Key responsibilities include initial product installation, routine security and update patches, as well as performing necessary upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Cluster Management:
Setup, configure, and manage clustered environments for high availability across physical, virtual, and cloud ecosystems.
Storage Management:
Administer storage resources, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization of local, SAN, or Direct Attached media.
Disaster Recovery:
Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions, including managing replication (VVR) and Global Cluster environments.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on InfoScale, providing advanced support and guidance to the team and stakeholders.
Upgrades and Patches:
Perform upgrades and apply routine security and update patches to maintain system integrity and security.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to system performance, availability, and storage, working closely with support as needed.
Collaboration:
Work with application owners to establish optimal environmental settings for each workload being protected (SAP, Oracle, SQL, etc.).
Integration:
Collaborate with additional IT resources to integrate InfoScale within the broader cloud, network, or storage infrastructure.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an L3/L4 Systems Administrator with deep expertise in InfoScale.
Extensive experience managing clustered environments, storage administration, disaster recovery, and performing system upgrades and patches.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system and storage-related issues.
Ability to work effectively with application owners and other IT teams.
In-depth understanding of compliance, security standards, and best practices.
Availability to work US hours remotely from India.
