L2 Support Operations Specialist

Location: Mt. View, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite) - nearby or locals only.
Contract: C2C Accepted
Duration: 6- Months
Communication: Must be a good communicator, will be dealing with a variety of business groups throughout the company.
Client wants 5-8 years of experience, up to 10 is okay!
Handling tickets and using Jira as customer support rep.
Managing the support ticket queue.
This will be a NON-Technical role.
Design, legal models, compliance. local requirements could be P1 to improve or change the product design. legal requirements, feature update, design. product functions
Non-technical side:
Tickets are in english. Reporting is in japanese.
Tech background--read code, github will be expected. Again, will not be a technical role, more of a TRIAGE ROLE. someone who can read API, look at a clinical spec or code itself. Triage, debug or answer questions.
