AdeptHR is Hiring for Lab Assistants!

Starting pay is $19.50 to 21 per hour + overtime opportunities.

Here is what your day to day will entail:

Final surface finishing steps on composite parts, including sanding, polishing, trimming, and inspecting to ensure a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound product, adhering to detailed specifications and quality standards, often utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive samples
• Log samples
• Prep samples for analysis
• Assist preparation of daily field sample analysis report
• Assist on day-to-day laboratory tasks such as cleaning etc.
• Assist in documenting laboratory processes and creating and updating SOPs.
• Assist in discarding lab waste.
• Perform tasks assigned by R&D Manager and Senior Chemist
• Record information accurately
• Weigh samples accurately
• Perform calculations accurately
• Work in lab environment

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Engaged in associate or bachelor’s degree program (preferred)
• Good math skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge
