Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Lab Technician opening for our client in Pleasanton CA.

Duration: 5 months

Location: Pleasanton CA

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufactures pilot-scale batches according to batch instructions and operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintains detailed documentation for each batch produced
• Weighing ingredients accurately for Pilot Plant sample
• Assist in setting up, change over, and test run equipment for various-sized vials and packages as required
• Works all areas of production operation: weighing, blending, filling, packaging, cleaning
• Accurately weighs product
• Blends product according to batch record and SOP
• Cleans equipment and rooms to specifications
• Working in lab to assist or self-work on lab equipment

Requirements:

• Adapts quickly to changes in work priorities
• Good communications skills (verbal and written)
• Must be well organized and detail oriented with strong desire to explore innovation, expand knowledge base.
• Must be proactive, reliable and self-motivated
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Team building skills and experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work across functions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE's) requirements
• Constant walking and standing on hard concrete service
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and lifting.
• Other conditions include dust and fumes.

The expected base salary for this position is $24.41 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
