Ensure running samples as per protocols, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Your RoleRun samples according to established protocols and ensure accurate data capture. Switch instrument modules as needed for different workflows and maintain readiness. Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on instruments and reagents, document results. Operate laboratory instruments and record data accurately; generate reports using digital tools. Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain lab equipment to ensure operational readiness. Understand and use lab tools/software for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Follow established protocols, regulatory guidelines. Communicate scientific information clearly and appropriately.Your Skills and ExperienceAssociate or bachelor's degree Bio-Medical / Electrical / mechanical engineering. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in running samples, performing QC. Familiarity with lab equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and data recording. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital reporting tools. Preferred: Understanding of quality systems and documentation practices.CompensationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,800 - $166,398/year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.BenefitsCapgemini offers a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
