Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing employers in sophisticated labor and employment litigation, class actions, administrative proceedings, and workplace counseling matters. Ideal Background 2–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience Experience handling class action, single-plaintiff, and administrative charge matters preferred Experience preparing position statements, evaluating claims, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting motions Experience preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial Experience researching and analyzing federal, state, and local employment laws Experience counseling employers, HR professionals, and business executives on employment law compliance is a plus Experience drafting employment agreements, policies, and related employment documents preferred Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and an interest in public speaking required Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required Washington bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated employer-side labor and employment practice Exposure to class actions, administrative proceedings, and complex employment disputes Significant client interaction and responsibility Opportunity to advise HR professionals and business leaders Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative national platform Interested?
