Job Title: Laboratory Analyst

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of laboratory procedures and tools, gained through work experience or vocational/technical education.

This position contributes to the R&D team by driving product quality, ensuring consumer safety, and promoting operational efficiency through robust scientific practices. It provides opportunities to gain valuable experience in technical analysis, laboratory operations, and coordination.

• Perform routine tasks with acquired basic skills.
• Work under close supervision or follow well-defined procedures.
• Operate within a structured framework with minimal autonomy.

• Assist scientists and engineers in laboratory environments:
  • Collect and prepare samples for biological or chemical analysis.
  • Set up and monitor controlled research experiments.
• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory projects.

• Conduct chemical or biological analyses to support scientific research or quality testing:
  • Plan, design, and execute laboratory experiments to test physical and chemical specifications of materials, substances, and products.
  • Estimate required resources and timeframes, ensuring targets are met.
  • Record observations and prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations.

• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks to ensure laboratory equipment is in good working order.
