• Ideally 0-1 years in a lab setting. A four-year degree in a science related or similar technical field will also be acceptable (food science, chemical engineering, or chemistry)
• Support development and execution of growth launches on bench prototyping experiments and supporting plant trials
• Analytical assessment of products and preparation for analytical testing/shelf-life testing
• Preparation of samples and paperwork for consumer testing
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
