Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform routine and specialized lab testing on construction materials to ensure quality standards* Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results and procedures* Calibrate and operate lab equipment in accordance with established protocols* Support production teams by providing timely and reliable test data* Follow safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a compliant lab environment**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accuracy* Strong organizational and documentation skills* Capability to work independently and as part of a team* Commitment to safety and quality standards* Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methods and technologies**Work Environment** This role is based in a laboratory setting within a production facility. It may involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Proper PPE is provided and required.
