We’re hiring an on-site Laboratory Technician in Pompano Beach, FL to perform routine testing, quality control, and equipment maintenance, ensuring precise, accurate, and compliant sample analysis under SOPs/GLP. This role supports next-generation therapeutics and diagnostics through meticulous lab operations and timely reporting.


How You'll Contribute

  • Perform routine laboratory testing and analyses with high accuracy and precision
  • Execute and document quality control procedures for instruments, reagents, and assays
  • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
  • Adhere to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
  • Accurately record, analyze, and report test results to the laboratory manager
  • Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and safety regulations and practices
  • Manage and track samples using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), as applicable
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
  • Support inventory management of consumables and reagents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting clinical research and reference lab services


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
  • State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist license
  • Laboratory Technician certification or equivalent hands-on laboratory experience
  • Proven laboratory equipment operation and core bench laboratory skills
  • Ability to follow laboratory protocols and maintain SOP compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and precision
  • Familiarity with GLP, laboratory safety procedures, and regulatory standards (CLIA/CAP)
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication for accurate documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work on-site in Pompano Beach, FL
