Position Title: Land Development - Civil Project ManagerLocation: Spokane, WashingtonSalary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experiencePosition Overview:A well-established civil engineering firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its Land Development team in Kirkland, Washington. This firm is known for its collaborative culture, people-first values, and commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality engineering solutions. With a strong presence across Washington and Oregon, the company offers a dynamic work environment where employees are empowered to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in their communities.The Land Development team works on a wide variety of projects, including senior living communities, commercial developments, and residential neighborhoods.
