Job Title: Land Survey Technician
Job Description
Seeking a motivated and diligent Land Survey Technician to assist and work alongside the survey party crew chief on a variety of projects across South Carolina, including DOT, commercial, federal, government, industrial, power companies, and warehouses. Responsibilities include locating and researching job locations, supervising and coordinating survey crews, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating findings with engineering teams, and maintaining survey equipment. Candidates will also be responsible for completing daily logs, expense reports, and adhering to safety protocols.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, South Carolina.
Work Environment
The role involves significant outdoor work and travel, requiring physical endurance to walk through various terrains in all weather conditions. Based in Charleston, the position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, 7 AM to 5 PM, with potential overtime depending on project demands. The role includes about 50% travel, and candidates must be willing to travel as needed.
